This “Winter Sales” promotion is organized by Clopy Hotels Invest XXI S.L., with its registered office at C. dels Quatre Cantons 20, 03501 Benidorm, Alicante, and tax identification number (CIF) B70898994.

The purpose of this promotion is to offer a special discount on bookings made through our website, www.clopyhotels.com, which can be applied using a specific discount code as part of the “Winter Sales” event.
3. Duration of the Promotion / Booking Period
The discount code can be applied to all bookings made via our website, www.ClopyHotels.com, until November 29, 2026. After this date, the code will expire and can no longer be used.
4. Eligible Travel Dates for the Promotion
The promotion is valid for stays during the following periods:
November 14 to December 23, 2026
January 7 to February 4, 2027
February 7 to February 11, 2027
February 14 to March 16, 2027
5. Promotion Terms and Conditions
- Availability and Inventory: The promotion is subject to room availability at participating hotels and the current inventory of rooms.
- Advance Bookings: To take advantage of the promotion, bookings must be made well in advance, as available space may sell out due to high demand during the promotional period.
- Applying the Discount Code: To apply the discount, the user must enter the promotional code during the booking process on the website www.clopyhotels.com. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or additional benefits.
6. Exclusions from the Promotion
This promotion shall not apply in the following cases:
- It is not valid for bookings made outside the dates mentioned in section 3.
- It does not apply to other products or services offered by the hotel.
- It is not applicable to group bookings.
- Bookings made through channels other than the official website of Clopy Hotels Invest XXI SL.
7. Modifications and/or Cancellation of the Promotion
Clopy Hotels Invest XXI SL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its control that prevent its proper execution. Any such modifications will be duly published and communicated on our website.
8. Acceptance of the Legal Terms and Conditions
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions. In the event of any breach of the terms set forth herein, Clopy Hotels Invest XXI SL reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These legal terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in force in Spain/Barcelona. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this promotion, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
